Dr. Drs. Chandra Setiawan, M.M., Ph.D

He has had a long career as both  a practitioner and educator.  He has held various positions, including rector of two universities and 11  years as a  commissioner of the Indonesia Competition Commission  (KPPU). His educational background is diverse, ranging from business management and investment to banking, education management, and specialization  in  Islamic  finance  and  banking.  As  a  result,  he  has gained  extensive  knowledge of the business   processes   of various sectors. He is now ready to share his expertise and serve others. His philosophy of life is to live for the benefit of others

Kwik Ing Lan

Prior to establishing LF Consulting, Ing Lan is actively involved in Institut Bisnis & Informatika Indonesia (IBII) as the Foundation’s Chairperson. Holding a Bachelor degree in Marketing Management from IBII, she is responsible for the Management aspects of the business. As for professional degree, she holds a B certification for Tax Consultant. She is also a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

Prof. Dr. Ir. Chairy, S.E., M.M

Chairy is a Professor of Management with a Ph.D. in Management from Universitas Indonesia. His research interests include consumer behavior, branding, retailing, and green marketing, with a focus on green consumption, customer brand engagement, and hospitality and tourism marketing. He has published his work in various reputed journals, including the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing & Logistics, International Review on Public & Nonprofit Marketing, Journal of Islamic Marketing, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Cogent Business & Management, Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology & Behavior, SAGE Open, Journal of Ethnic Foods, Problems & Perspectives in Management, and Organizations & Markets in Emerging Economies. Chairy is also part of the Global Faculty Visitor Program at the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, USA. He holds a Doctorate in Marketing from the University of Indonesia, a Master of Management in International Management from the University of Indonesia, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Sarjana Ekonomi) in Marketing Management from the University of Indonesia, and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional.

Prof. Dr. Shidarta, S.H., M.Hum.

Shidarta has held numerous prestigious positions in academia and legal associations, showcasing his leadership and expertise in the field of business law. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the Chairman of the Business Competition Lecturer Forum, and earlier, he led the Indonesian Legal Philosophy Association (AFHI) from 2014 to 2015. His academic roles include heading the Business Law Department at Bina Nusantara University from 2013 to 2019, demonstrating his commitment to shaping future legal minds. Additionally, Shidarta was deeply involved with the Epistema Institute in Jakarta, serving as its Secretary from 2012 to 2015 and then transitioning to a longstanding role as a member of the Supervisory Board from 2015 to the present. He also held the position of Vice Rector IV at Tarumanagara University from 2004 to 2008, further solidifying his influence in higher education and legal studies.

Prof. Dr. M. Afif Hasbullah, S.H., M.Hum.

Afif has held prominent positions in the Indonesian regulatory environment, notably as the Chairman of the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI from 2022 to 2024, and as a Commissioner from 2018 to 2024. His expertise extends to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), where he consults on related matters, demonstrating his diverse legal proficiency. Afif also contributes to academia as a Professor at Darul Ulum Islamic University and serves as an expert external examiner for dissertation examinations at various universities. His scholarly contributions include authoring several scientific articles on business competition law, which have been published in reputable national and international journals, reflecting his deep engagement and influence in both academic and legal circles.

Prof. Kurnia Toha, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D.

Kurnia has held significant leadership roles in regulatory and legal frameworks in Indonesia, serving as the Chairman of the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI from 2018 to 2020 and as a Commissioner from 2018 to 2023. His expertise has been instrumental in spearheading legislative reforms, evidenced by his role as Chair of the Academic Study Team on Amendments to Law No. 5 of 1999 and as Chair of the 2010 Independent National Bureaucratic Reform Team (TIRBN). Kurnia also led the team preparing the Bill on Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest for the National Land Agency (BPN) and the Asian Development Bank. He was part of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Land Law Expert Team from 2010 to 2011 and resumed this role in 2022, continuing to the present.

In addition to his regulatory roles, Kurnia co-founded and partnered at the Erman Kurnia Freddy Law Office from 2010 to 2015. He is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, where he also chairs the Doctoral Program since 2020. Furthermore, he heads the Legal and Public Relations Center of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR)/National Land Agency (BPN), showcasing his comprehensive involvement in legal education, practice, and public administration.

Pandu Adi Cakranegara, S.E., S.H., M.Sc.FI., MBA, M.H., D.B.A., CSA, PFM, ACPA, CPM

Pandu is a highly accomplished academic and financial professional, currently serving as a lecturer at President University, where he has been teaching courses in Financial Management since 2016. In addition to his academic roles, Pandu extends his expertise to various companies and online platforms such as Udemy, providing training in Financial Management and Risk Management. His professional journey includes prior experience as an officer at the Dutch-owned Bank Rabo from 2014 to 2016.

Pandu’s educational background is extensive and multifaceted. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from The Philippine Women’s University, a Master in Financial Management from Gadjah Mada University, a Master in Investment Research from Erasmus Rotterdam, and a Master of Business Law from Pelita Harapan University. Additionally, he has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University and a Bachelor of Laws from the Open University.

His commitment to continuous professional development is evidenced by a wide range of certifications including Level 1 BSMR Risk Certification, Associate CPA from IAPI, Certified Securities Analyst from LSP Capital Markets, Investment Manager Representative Certification, Certified Project Management, Advanced Education Assessor from MAPPI, Certified Financial Analyst Level 1, Professional Financial Modeller, and Special Education for the Advocate Profession. These qualifications highlight Pandu’s deep engagement with both the theoretical and practical aspects of finance and law.

Dr. Guntur Syahputra Saragih, M.S.M.

Guntur served as the Vice Chairperson of the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI from 2020 to 2023. He is an active member of the East Asia Top Meeting (EATOP) Conference in Australia and has undergone Japanese Business Competition Law training with JFTC in Japan. Guntur is a lecturer in Economics and Business at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, Jakarta, and an alumnus of the short course “Michael Porter on Competition” by Harvard Business School and the University of Indonesia. His teaching portfolio includes Managerial Economics, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship, with research concentrations in the Digital Economy, Industrial Organization, and Business Organization.

Handa S. Abidin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D.

Handa has had a distinguished academic career at President University, where he currently serves as the Rector, a position he has held since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Vice Rector, overseeing various fields from 2016 until January 2024. His expertise and leadership extend beyond academia into the legal field, where he has been a significant contributor as a jury member for the ALB Indonesia Law Awards in 2015 and from 2017 to 2023. Additionally, Handa has been part of the ALB Southeast (SE) Asia Law Awards Jury from 2018 to 2023, demonstrating his extensive knowledge and influence in the legal sector across the region.
