Prof. Dr. Drs. Chandra Setiawan, M.M., Ph.D

He has had a long career as both  a practitioner and educator.  He has held various positions, including rector of two universities and 11  years as a  commissioner of the Indonesia Competition Commission  (KPPU). His educational background is diverse, ranging from business management and investment to banking, education management, and specialization  in  Islamic  finance  and  banking.  As  a  result,  he  has gained  extensive  knowledge of the business   processes   of various sectors. He is now ready to share his expertise and serve others. His philosophy of life is to live for the benefit of others

Dinni Melanie, S.H., M.E.

Dinni has built a substantial career within the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI, where she has held various critical roles over the years. She started as the Registrar from 2003 to 2010, advancing to Head of the Registrar’s Section from 2010 to 2014. She then served as the Director of the Secretary-General and Director of Law Enforcement, and Principal Investigator from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Dinni holds significant positions as the Commissioner of the ICC/KPPU RI, a role she has fulfilled since 2018, and as the CEO of FCN Indonesia since 2024. Academically, she is well-prepared with a Master of Economics from the Faculty of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, both at the University of Indonesia.

 

Dr. Guntur Syahputra Saragih, M.S.M.

Guntur served as the Vice Chairperson of the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI from 2020 to 2023. He is an active member of the East Asia Top Meeting (EATOP) Conference in Australia and has undergone Japanese Business Competition Law training with JFTC in Japan. Guntur is a lecturer in Economics and Business at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, Jakarta, and an alumnus of the short course “Michael Porter on Competition” by Harvard Business School and the University of Indonesia. His teaching portfolio includes Managerial Economics, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship, with research concentrations in the Digital Economy, Industrial Organization, and Business Organization.

Harry Agustanto, S.H., M.H., CRGP

Harry has played a pivotal role in the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI, serving as a Commissioner from 2018 to 2024. His responsibilities extended further as he held the positions of Director of Investigation and Law Enforcement and Director of the Secretary General’s Division, showcasing his comprehensive leadership within the organization. Harry’s educational foundation is robust, holding both a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia. He is also an alumnus of PPSA XXIII National Resilience Institute (Lemhanas) RI and is a Certified Risk Governance Professional accredited by BNSP, reflecting his deep commitment to law enforcement and risk management in his professional endeavors.

Prof. Dr. Shidarta, S.H., M.Hum.

Shidarta has held numerous prestigious positions in academia and legal associations, showcasing his leadership and expertise in the field of business law. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the Chairman of the Business Competition Lecturer Forum, and earlier, he led the Indonesian Legal Philosophy Association (AFHI) from 2014 to 2015. His academic roles include heading the Business Law Department at Bina Nusantara University from 2013 to 2019, demonstrating his commitment to shaping future legal minds. Additionally, Shidarta was deeply involved with the Epistema Institute in Jakarta, serving as its Secretary from 2012 to 2015 and then transitioning to a longstanding role as a member of the Supervisory Board from 2015 to the present. He also held the position of Vice Rector IV at Tarumanagara University from 2004 to 2008, further solidifying his influence in higher education and legal studies.

Prof. Kurnia Toha, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D.

Kurnia has held significant leadership roles in regulatory and legal frameworks in Indonesia, serving as the Chairman of the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI from 2018 to 2020 and as a Commissioner from 2018 to 2023. His expertise has been instrumental in spearheading legislative reforms, evidenced by his role as Chair of the Academic Study Team on Amendments to Law No. 5 of 1999 and as Chair of the 2010 Independent National Bureaucratic Reform Team (TIRBN). Kurnia also led the team preparing the Bill on Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest for the National Land Agency (BPN) and the Asian Development Bank. He was part of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Land Law Expert Team from 2010 to 2011 and resumed this role in 2022, continuing to the present.

In addition to his regulatory roles, Kurnia co-founded and partnered at the Erman Kurnia Freddy Law Office from 2010 to 2015. He is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, where he also chairs the Doctoral Program since 2020. Furthermore, he heads the Legal and Public Relations Center of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR)/National Land Agency (BPN), showcasing his comprehensive involvement in legal education, practice, and public administration.

Prof. Dr. M. Afif Hasbullah, S.H., M.Hum.

Afif has held prominent positions in the Indonesian regulatory environment, notably as the Chairman of the Indonesia Competition Commission (ICC)/Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) RI from 2022 to 2024, and as a Commissioner from 2018 to 2024. His expertise extends to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), where he consults on related matters, demonstrating his diverse legal proficiency. Afif also contributes to academia as a Professor at Darul Ulum Islamic University and serves as an expert external examiner for dissertation examinations at various universities. His scholarly contributions include authoring several scientific articles on business competition law, which have been published in reputable national and international journals, reflecting his deep engagement and influence in both academic and legal circles.

Dr. Dra. Fennieka Kristianto, S.H., M.H., M.A., M.Kn.

Fennieka is a distinguished legal professional with expertise in Corporate and Property (Agrarian and Apartment) Law, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law, Franchising, and Mediation. She founded Fennieka & Associates Law Firm in 2003, where she has continued to lead as a guiding force. Her qualifications are extensive; she is a Licensed Advocate recognized by Peradi (Indonesian Bar Association), a Licensed Receiver & Administrator (Curator), a Licensed Mediator, a Certified Capital Market Lawyer, and a Certified University Lecturer. Fennieka is actively involved in academia and professional organizations, serving as the Head of the Magister of Law Program at President University. She also contributes as a board member of APHK (Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Keperdataan), IKAPI (Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia), and the Global Peace Foundation (GPF). Additionally, Fennieka imparts her knowledge as an instructor and facilitator for AREBI (Asosiasi Real Estate Broker Indonesia) and IKAPI, further highlighting her dedication to advancing legal education and practice.
